My Policy
No Refunds on Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and work has begun, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Order Accuracy
We encourage customers to double-check all custom details before submitting their order. We create your product based on the information provided at the time of purchase. There is a note section at the product page and also at checkout or you can also contact me.
Disclosure
Custom orders may take up to 2 weeks to process and ship out. Once payment is received and work has started, no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
*Shipping* Damaged or Defective Items
I prepare orders meticulously, once handed to the courier, it is beyond my control. In case of damage or defects, notify us within 48 hours. We might provide a replacement or repair at our discretion. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) is essential.
